WHO CAN APPLY?
International postgraduate graduates (Master’s/PhD) who:
✅ Have received at least the Senate Approval Letter / Completion of Studies
✅ Have identified and obtained approval from a UTM academic staff member as supervisor
✅ Are not employed full-time by any university during the fellowship period
IMPORTANT DETAILS
📅 Application DATE : 17–25 September 2026
⏳ Fellowship Duration : 4 months
📆 Fellowship Period: 1 October 2026 – 31 January 2027
💰 Fellowship Emolumen Amount: RM5,000 per fellow (RM1,250/month)
💻 Remote attachment – Physical presence in Malaysia is NOT required
