BORANG ADUAN KEROSAKAN PERALATAN & FASILITI PUSAT PENGURUSAN PENYELIDIKAN (RMC)

Unit Pengurusan Sumber (UPS) RMC telah melancarkan satu borang aduan kerosakan peralatan dan fasiliti yang berlaku di persekitaran tempat kerja. Borang ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan staf membuat aduan terhadap kerosakan yang berlaku.

Setiap staf perlu mengisi kesemua maklumat yang diperlukan untuk membuat aduan. Pihak Unit Pengurusan Sumber (UPS) akan membawa aduan ini ke pihak atasan untuk tindakan selanjutnya.
