Criteria
- § Minimum (3) project from different clusters under the same institution. Exception for certain cases in which one (1) project from other institution
- § Total ceiling applications for the entire program is RM1,500,000.00(1.5 M). The first year allocation should not exceed 50% of the approved amount.
- § Duration of project is 3 years
